A neat package of “Version 1.0” Powerpoint template for High Impact Documents.
Why create these slides? I have 30 years of consulting and business experience, I want to share some practical tools and skills for new consultants, new managers and future leaders.
What are these slides? Powerpoint has become the lingu-franca for business. Excel for numbers and Powerpoint for documents. This is a template and collection of slides for business decks. Specifically for:
Consultants - slides very similar to McKinsey, BCG, Bain, the Big 4 or Big Tech consulting would use;
Managers - slides for internal communications in medium and large sized companies (let’s say $1B+ revenue); and
Making documents - not TedX presentations… think more: proposals, business cases, project plans etc.
What does Version 1.0 mean? To me it means I have the basic slides in there and fairly common charts, dividers, title pages to help you get going. It is also free from any constrained IP but please consider:
Charts and Slides - I’ve drawn all the charts for you to use as you like. The scenarios and data are fictitious unless a source is noted on the slide;
Images - are generated from AI with licenses. Thus they should be free from any copyright claims;
Icons - are from the Noun Project and released under Creative Commons. I have included in the notes links to the each artist and the original icons; and
Place holder text - I like to use William Blake’s poem The Tyger instead of Lurum Ipsum. Mainly because I like it as a poem.
