Quick thoughts on those two. The level of detail depends on the audience needs. Does the CEO need to know your project plan to a detailed level? (Probably not but make sure you have it in reserve). Will the CFO asked detailed questions about the dollars? (Probably and please make sure you’re 100% accurate)
Questions are interesting. I’ve been in situations where I’ve had the wrong answer but understood the problem space well so the client wanted to keep on working to get the right answer together. Knowing what question you are trying to answer is essential :)
